Do I need anything else?
No. The kit has every cable. On setup day you'll also use a screen for an hour: the projector itself, or any TV with HDMI.
Will it work outside the US?
Yes, anywhere. Planes fly everywhere and the sky is computed for your spot. The same products are on Amazon in most countries; the Pi kit and radio are also sold by The Pi Hut (UK/EU).
